OFFICE HOURS & LOCATION Office Address: 5050 El Camino Real, Suite 110 Los Altos, California  94022 (650) 964-6700  (For appointments, press zero) The office is centrally located in Los Altos and is accessible from Highways 101, 280 and 85. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 - 5:15; the answering machine is on from 12:30 -1:30. Dr. Guilford is in the office on Tuesdays.

IV'S IV's are available every day, but you must call ahead so we can reserve space for you. To make an IV appointment call (650) 964-6700 and press 1. SUPPLEMENTS Please anticipate your needs regarding supplements. We have a dedicated supplement line, and if we are not here you may leave a message. We try to have all supplement orders ready within 24 - 48 hours of the time you request them. We can mail your order via UPS. If you choose to pick up your order, you must call ahead so the staff can have it ready when you arrive. For supplements, call our regular phone number 650-964-6700 and press 2. PRESCRIPTIONS If you need to have a prescription refilled, fax your order to:  650-964-3495. Our hard-working office staff strives to make your experience with us a great one. Please arrive for appointments on time, because we try our best to keep on schedule.
